Preschool and Children Security Procedures

All children must check in and wear a security badge before being left in the care of any Crestwood personnel or volunteer.

We want our church to be a safe and fun environment for your children, so please be sure to check your children in at the Children's Wing Check-In Station for all children Nursery-6th Grade to receive a security badge for yourself and your child. Children will be released only to a parent or an adult presenting the child's matching security tag. Or, the adult may present a picture ID that matches the information in the child's personal information file. Children will not be released to anyone under the age of 18.

For more detailed documentation of our policies and procedures as they relate to children, please refer to our Risk Management documentation available by contacting our office staff. These procedures will be required for all Crestwood sponsored activities including, but not limited to, Sunday School, AWANA, discipleship classes and Vacation Bible School.

First Time?   The Children's Ministry has a dedicated entrance in the building to the right of the main sanctuary building.  Please plan on a minute or two to fill out a new visitor cards, so we can get you and your child into our system so that you may receive a name tag for your child and a pick-up tag for yourself.  Following Sunday School (9am - 10 am), school-age children are encouraged to attend worship with their families, which begins at 10:15 am, therefore following Sunday School, please plan on picking up those children; pre-school children may remain for the duration.  After the worship portion of the service K-2nd graders are invited to attend Treehouse Worship for age-tailored Bible teaching, and escorted by volunteers to the Treehouse area.  At the end of service parents can pick up their child from the Children's Wing foyer where they received their tag.  If only attending worship service, please be sure to print your child's tag before going to service.
